Notre Dame Upsets No. 5 Penn State 4-3 OT

Notre Dame capitalized on a defensive miscue by Penn State to secure a 4-3 overtime victory Saturday night. The Fighting Irish took advantage of a horrible turnover that easily set up the game-winning goal.

The Nittany Lions, ranked fifth in the nation, struggled defensively all weekend and couldn't hold onto their lead despite early offensive success. Penn State will return home next weekend for their final regular season series before the postseason run begins.
