Ex-India cricketer warns IPL contracts at stake vs West Indies

Former India cricketer Manoj Tiwary joked that a failure to overcome the West Indies in their Super 8 clash could impact their future IPL prospects.

India faces a decisive Super 8 knockout match against the West Indies at Eden Gardens. Tiwary backed the team to score over 200 and qualify, stating, "If they can't defeat the West Indies, no one will get IPL contracts."

Former opener Virender Sehwag countered that no side is invincible, noting the West Indies are also fighting for the final semi-final spot. With England, New Zealand, and South Africa already through, the winner of this high-pressure showdown advances.
