Pistons outlast Cavs 122-119 in OT after horn delay

Jalen Duren recorded a 33-point, 16-rebound double-double to lead the Detroit Pistons past the short-handed Cleveland Cavaliers 122-119 in overtime on Friday.

The game was delayed 18 minutes in the third quarter when a power surge caused a malfunctioning scoreboard horn to blare. Despite Cade Cunningham fouling out, the Pistons outscored Cleveland 16-7 in the final two minutes to force the extra period.

Evan Mobley led the Cavs with 23 points, but they fell short in the overtime finale.
