NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak Despite NFL Efforts

The NFLPA's confidential report cards, based on surveys from 1,759 players conducted between November and December 2025, include categories such as treatment of families, facilities, coaching staff, and team management. Despite the NFL's successful grievance preventing public distribution, the letter grades have been leaked without the detailed comments from previous versions.

New categories added for 2026 include home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and General Manager. The arbitrator had ruled that while the NFLPA could create and share the report cards with players, they must make clear that the criticism contained in them must not be made available to the public.
