Rockford to Host 2027 Women’s Baseball World Cup Finals

Rockford, Illinois will stage the WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup Finals from July 19-25, 2027 at Rivets Stadium in Loves Park, following the city’s hosting of the Group Stage in July 2026. The event marks the first time the championship will be held in Illinois and will crown the world’s best women’s baseball team.

Tickets and schedule details will be released soon. Meanwhile, the International Women’s Baseball Center is renovating Beyer Stadium at Maybelle Park, with the first phase—featuring a professional‑grade natural grass surface—expected to finish next summer.
