The NFL won a grievance that prevented the NFL Players Association from publishing its 2026 report cards to the public, but the full array of letter grades for all 32 teams has now leaked online. ESPN reporter Kalyn Kahler posted the grades, which were based on responses from 1,759 players surveyed between November 2 and December 11.
The report cards cover 12 categories, including treatment of families, home game field, food/dining area, nutritionist/dietician, locker room, training room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches, position coaches, offensive coordinator, and defensive coordinator. The NFLPA must make clear to union members that the cards and their criticism cannot be made public.
