Bolsjunov Joins Reality Show After Ski Ban

Olympic champion Aleksandr Bolsjunov, banned from international skiing since 2022, will compete in Russian reality show 'Titans' for 10 million rubles.

Former cross-country skiing rival of Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, Bolsjunov will face 110 competitors including track athlete Sergei Shubenkov, footballer Pavel Mamayev, gymnast Nikita Nagorny, and biathlete Kristina Reztsova. The show on TNT TV will pit athletes against Russian bloggers, artists, special forces personnel, and stunt performers.

Bolsjunov, who holds three Olympic gold medals, has been unable to compete internationally since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. The show premieres September 13. tbzikra.com
