Michigan lands in-state OT Jakari Lipsey

Loy Norrix High standout Jakari Lipsey has committed to the University of Michigan, adding a key piece to the offensive line for the 2027 class.

Four-star offensive tackle Jakari Lipsey, ranked third in the state by 247Sports Composite, committed to Michigan on Saturday. The 6-foot-5, 300-pound lineman is from Kalamazoo and joins a growing in-state class. hilogame.news

With this pledge, Michigan now has six commitments for 2027, including fellow in-state recruits Kitchen and Esposito. Offensive line coach Jim Harding emphasized building the roster from within during his first season in Ann Arbor.
