Topps will issue its first NFL trading cards since 2016 with the 2025 Chrome Football set, launching on April 15. The set includes one‑of‑one rookie patch and NFL Honors gold‑shield autograph cards.

Topps, acquired by Fanatics Collectibles in 2022, has secured a multi‑year exclusive license with the NFL and NFLPA to produce trading cards. The 2025 Topps Chrome Football set will debut on April 15, marking the brand’s return to the league after a nine‑year hiatus.

The set features one‑of‑one Rookie PREM1ERE Patch Autograph Cards, showcasing patches worn by players in their first regular‑season game—including top pick Cam Ward—and one‑of‑one NFL Honors Gold Shield Autograph Cards, highlighting gold‑shield patches from 2024 award winners such as Josh Allen, Saquon Barkley, Patrick Surtain II, Jayden Daniels and Jared Verse.
