Atcheson earns Northern Ireland debut as Donley scores

Blackburn Rovers defender Tom Atcheson made his international debut for Northern Ireland on Tuesday, coming on in the 80th minute of a 1-1 draw with Wales. The 19‑year‑old earned his first senior call‑up from manager Michael O'Neill, who also coaches Rovers.

Oxford United forward Jamie Donley scored the opening goal, and the match prompted a complaint from Oxford about a conflict of interest after four of their players, including Donley, were called up for the national side.
