Igor Tudor departs Tottenham after six weeks

Igor Tudor has left Tottenham Hotspur by mutual agreement after just six weeks in charge, having overseen five defeats, one draw and a 3‑2 Champions League win over Atlético Madrid.

Igor Tudor departed Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, ending a brief six‑week spell that saw the Croatian coach record five losses, one draw and a 3‑2 victory against Atlético Madrid in the Champions League round of 16. The win was not enough to advance, as the club fell 5‑2 on aggregate.

Tudor was appointed after Thomas Frank was sacked on 11 February, but his tenure was cut short by mutual agreement, leaving the club to search for a new manager ahead of the final stretch of the Premier League season.
