NBA superstar LeBron James is building his dream home in Beverly Hills after purchasing and tearing down a historic 1930s property last September. The land previously belonged to legendary actress Katharine Hepburn.
After acquiring the lavish property for an undisclosed amount, James immediately began demolition to make way for his custom-designed residence, which is now starting to take shape in the upscale neighborhood.
