Michigan State has dropped to a No. 4 seed in the East Region following a three-game losing streak, including a blowout loss to Wisconsin.

The Spartans are projected to face No. 13 seed Stephen F. Austin in the first round in Tampa. With Selection Sunday approaching, a win over UCLA on Tuesday could help Michigan State regain an upper-tier seed.
