Bucs Sign WR Jackson, Waive Houston

The Buccaneers announced Wednesday that they've signed wide receiver Jha'Quan Jackson, a sixth-round selection by the Titans in the 2024 draft. Jackson primarily serves as a return specialist, accumulating 412 yards on 16 kickoff returns and 215 yards on 28 punt returns during his rookie season.
