Bills Sign Haynesworth, Waive Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in a pair of roster moves.

Haynesworth, 25, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals, though he hasn't appeared in a regular-season game. He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026. Buffalo has been dealing with injuries at center, so Haynesworth provides some depth at the position.

Dalena joined the Bills in June and has also spent time with the Seahawks. The moves come as Buffalo adjusts its roster ahead of the upcoming season. cricket-ipl.co.za
