Wiley faces $500k loan lawsuit from bank

Marcellus Wiley is facing litigation from Preferred Bank after allegedly defaulting on a $500,000 loan.

The bank claims Wiley and his company, Dat Dude Entertainment, borrowed the funds in May 2023, promising repayment by May 2024. Despite receiving extensions until December 2025, the bank filed suit in December after the funds were not returned. afnews.co.za
