Rondale Moore, 25, died Feb. 21 after a suspected self‑inflicted gunshot wound was discovered in a garage in New Albany, Indiana. The Floyd County coroner is investigating the death and an autopsy will be performed Sunday.

Moore played for Purdue from 2018‑2020, earning the Paul Hornung Award, and was a second‑round pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2021. He spent three seasons with the Cardinals before injuries limited his time with the Falcons and Vikings, and the NFLPA and Minnesota Vikings issued statements expressing deep sorrow.
