Key Responsibilities:

- Manage general administrative tasks and office organization

- Coordinate logistics, including shipping and deliveries

- Liaise with B2B contacts, place orders, and handle fulfillment processes

- Register products on government websites and ensure compliance

- Support HR duties such as processing contracts, visas, and licensing

- Oversee stock management: create products, assign barcodes, receive and transfer stock, and conduct stock takes

- Maintain filing systems and records

- Provide basic customer service support as needed

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong clerical and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Hardworking, proactive, and motivated with a positive attitude

- Highly organized with good time management

- Experience with UAE product registration processes is a plus

- Experience with POS systems is a plus

Ljubljana: Qatar's under-20 national football team defeated Austria's Kapfenberger 7-0 in a friendly match on Friday as part of their ongoing training camp in Slovenia.

The camp forms part of Qatar's preparations for the AFC U-20 Asian Cup Qualifiers, scheduled to be held from Aug. 25 to Sept. 6, with qualification spots available for the 2027 AFC U-20 Asian Cup finals in China.

The draw for the qualifiers, held in May, placed Qatar in Group E alongside Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Hong Kong, China. Doha will host all matches in the group.

Under the competition format, the 32 participating teams have been divided into eight groups. The eight group winners, along with the seven best second-placed teams, will qualify for the final tournament, where they will join hosts China.

DOHA: Al Ahli and Al Sailiya are set to conclude their pre-season training camps in Austria this week as they put the finishing touches to preparations for the 2026-2027 Qatar Stars League season, while newly promoted Lusail have strengthened their squad with the signing of Macedonian striker Georg Stojanovski.

Al Ahli's camp, which runs from July 21 to August 9, has focused on technical and tactical preparations under new Spanish coach Borja Jimenez, who replaced Younes Ali.

The Brigadiers recorded one win, one draw and one defeat in three warm-up matches, beating Austria's Mistelbach FC 2-0, drawing 3-3 with Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal and losing 3-0 to Al Shabab.

The club have reinforced their squad with Benjamin Bourigeaud, Don Oniel, Yosafer Lenis, Luis Martin and Suhaib Gannan, and will open their league campaign against reigning champions Al Sadd on August 22.

Al Sailiya will also complete their Austria camp on August 7 after an intensive programme in Radkersburg under coach Mirghani Al Zain.

The side played friendly matches against UAE clubs Al Nasr, Sharjah and Kalba, as well as Saudi Arabia's Abha, with the coaching staff using the games to assess the squad and integrate new signings. The club have added Bautista Burke, Motasem Al Bustami, Andri Syahputra, Ahmed Moein, Ibrahim Majed and Abdulaziz Al Bakri ahead of the new season, with Al Sailiya set to face Al Duhail in their opening league fixture on August 22.

Meanwhile, Lusail announced the signing of Stojanovski from Bulgarian club Spartak Varna as they continue to strengthen their squad for their first ever Qatar Stars League campaign.
