Just four games remain on the 2025-26 regular-season schedule and the Florida Gators have a head of steam heading into March Madness.
The major polls both agree that Todd Golden's team is among the top men's college basketball teams in the nation, with both the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll and AP Top 25 ranking the Orange and Blue at No. 7.
The major bracketologies are also bullish on Todd Golden's gang, including USA TODAY Sports' latest offering, which still has Florida as a No. 2 seed in the East. There, the Gators are matched up with the No. 15-seeded Appalachian State Mountaineers in the first round held in Tampa.
